1. Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver to the following areas: Makati, BGC, Pasay, Manila, Taguig, Pasig, San Juan, Quezon City, Paranaque, Las Pinas *Delivery fees will apply. Clients may also opt to have products delivered by booking their own third party delivery app

2. What's the shelf life of your products?
With proper storage and refrigeration, our milk products can last for 7-9 days from production date, while yoghurt products are best consumed within 14 days from production date. Refrigerate immediately upon purchase. Once you have opened a bottle, consume within 3 days to avoid spoilage and contamination.

3. What are the nutritional facts of each product?

4. Where can I store your products?
All Holly's products are suggested to be kept chilled at 2-4 degrees Celsius.

5. Are you products available daily?
All products are available daily while supplies last.

6. Is there a reseller near our area?
Please check our updated community resellers list.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be done through online bank transfer via BDO, BPI and GCash or through PayPal. Our bank details will be sent to you by a Holly's representative upon order confirmation.

8. Where else can I order your products?
Please check our community resellers list for the names of our partner groceries and supermarkets.

10. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We do not require a minimum order so go ahead and order as much (or as little!) as you would like!
